Day-by-day plan

Day 1: Fly to Tirana, bus south
Land in Tirana and take the scenic coach to Sarandë (about 5 hours, ~£12). Sunset drinks on the promenade.

Day 2: Ksamil beaches
Local bus to Ksamil. Swim out to the little islands and lunch on fresh mussels from the Butrint lagoon.

Day 3: Butrint & Blue Eye
Morning at the UNESCO ruins of Butrint, afternoon at the Blue Eye spring. Shared taxi keeps it cheap.
4
Day 4: Lazy morning, fly home
Byrek breakfast, one last swim, then the coach back to Tirana.
